Yak-7V |
| The Yak-7V was the main aircraft
of initial training for fighter pilots in the Soviet Air Force in WW II. It was developed in early 1942. It was equipped with fixed landing gear, no armament was installed. The aircraft was in operational ability in all airfield conditions. During Russian snowy winters the landing gear could be converted to wooden skies instead of conventional wheels. During the period since February 1942 till December 1943, all in all 697 Yak-7V were built.
